The Conanicut Island Raptor Project is a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation, study and enjoyment of Jamestown’s wild birds of prey. It is CIRP’s belief that an informed community that values its wildlife will act responsibly to protect wild animals and the habitat on which they depend for survival.
Funding for CIRP is provided by private donations and grants to the Jamestown Education Foundation, a 501 [c](3) non-profit corporation. Your tax-deductible donation will support CIRP’s education program in Jamestown schools, pay for satellite tracking of Conanicus (2005) and Comet (2006), and enable CIRP to erect new nesting platforms for returning osprey next spring.
You may donate online with your Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover, or eCheck using the secure donation button below. Jamestown Educational Foundation is the fiscal agent for CIRP, and uses PayPal as their secure online payment system. You may also donate by check using this printable form.
Please indicate in the "Message to Seller" box in the online checkout process that you wish to make your contribution to CIRP. If you wish to make a donation in honor of someone, you may give us the details there. Please take advantage of the text box to give us the details.
